They treat seniors with the utmost disrespect. I was shocked when I spoke to the man on the phone. My grandma changed her mind about having them come and she felt badly and had apologized and was very kind and sincere. The way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He hung up the phone on me for no reason except his own frustration and if it had been handled differently, it could have been resolved quickly and possibly even still had them come.

We had them clean our entire upstairs carpet and our stairs. They used a regular steam cleaner and the carpets were soaked for hours and they didnt look any clearer. They used dirty water. We paid extra for deodorizer and it was Fabreeze spray for $29.00. DONT waist your money.

I have had them clean my carpets for years and have always been please.

Don't get involved with them. Their telemarketers keep calling even though I have repeatedly told them I DON'T have carpeting and I already have new flooring!!!

I was cold called & offered 2 rms/hallway $59.95. I asked room (20x25),14 steps&small hallway(12') for same price.Girl said yes. App't the next wk. I called her back & said we were having floors refinished &it would be better the following wk. She said fine &she made the app't Mon AM. Mon AM came &went &when I called in, I got owner then 1) he said another company(WRONG) then 2) he found order &said it was for Wed(WRONG again);anyway, they came but said hallway was extra $30 ... use at your risk
