Absolutely disgusting

We ordered a present for Christmas for our granddaughter. It was shipped December 11 and arrives at the depot in Owen Sound on December 13. On December 20 they advised that they had not unpacked the truck and on December 24 it still wasn’t ready. These folks are incompetence in action.

I can only agree - years later: Terrible service in Grey and County. I waited all day, no delivery, then I had to go to Owen Sound, too.

Terrible service. Always rescheduling deliveries.I suggest using other shipping methods if it is available to you. You could potentially wait an entire week for your package if you miss the day they come to Bruce County. It is easier to just go to the depot and retrieve your package. Internal policies here prevent good service. Highly suggest you avoid using purolator services. Very Unhappy.

Use UPS Or Canada Post

Terrible service in Grey and Bruce Counties. I waited all day, no delivery, then I had to go to Owen Sound. It seems that Purolator comes up the Bruce Peninsula only on certain days. Canada Post is faster.
