Lovely spring day and thought we would stop in on our way back to Toronto for lunch. Excellent prompt service, great food selection and frosted mug for the beer. Small chicken Caesar Salad was perfect size for lunch. Delicious. Would order again. Southwestern burger had delicious toppings. Snow on the lake, but warm, cozy and friendly inside.

Although an American, essentially a local with a cottage 1 mile away on Lake Joe (family for 100 years, myself for 63 years). Absolutely7 wonderful bar/restaurant with a delightful staff, great bar food, and warm ambiance that "works" 12 months a year. Fantastic wings, salads, entre items. Only criticism--nachos need improvement! One ofthe pleasures of my life after a day of fishing and leisure!
This restaurant is great... started coming here in 2002 after my husband(who is from the area) introduced me to it. We come up from Barrie just to eat here 1-2 times every year!!! My husband especially loves the "iced "beer mugs!!! Definately recommend!!!!Food is always great, service is good.....very busy on weekends, so plan to wait a bit!!!!
Waited 45 minutes for 2 orders of eggs and toast on Saturday around 11 a.m. Resaurant was not full; waitress was extremely slow to take our order and then fill the order.
The service, food and atmosphere are always excellent. It is a great restaurant for snowmobilers because it is right on the trail system. There are always lots of snowmobilers in the winter. We go at least 6 times a winter because it is such a great restaurant!!
