Been there 3 times now and I don't know why we...

Been there 3 times now and I don't know why we kept giving it another shot. The first time wasn't so bad but subsequent visits left a lot to be desired. Last visit the menu had changed but the food quality had suffered as well. The service is terrible regardless of which waiter/waitress you have. The best part about didning there is that unvariably the management will ask how your meal was and without hesitation will comp parts of the tab because they know how terrible it is.

The service was very good the waitress that...

The service was very good the waitress that served us was very pleasant and friendly. The kitchen turnaround time could be faster however the food was very good.

After an array of issues, with not having half...

After an array of issues, with not having half the regularly available beers on tap... the order came without veggies, (supposed to), the chicken and shrimp were over done. The server tried to rectify it with the manager after finally bringing overcooked veggies that were obviously nuked in the microwave. He made us justify why we were not happy. Ended up not paying the whole bill. Nonetheless, we'll never return.

We have been dining at this establishment for...

We have been dining at this establishment for some time -usually once a week after shopping. We have always had excellent service & food with the exception of one time which the manager was more than kind & rectified matters immediately. The staff has always been very courteous & we would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to our friends.
