Awful service. Charged too much, were rude and did not come in timely fashion.

Arrived within 20 minutes, polite, courteous driver. Even took time to drive us home after towing our vehicle. Awesome company, great service. Will definitely call every time I need a tow.

Tartan towing has...

Tartan towing has the rudest employees I have ever encountered. They would not explain why my car was towed, insulted me the call (while being recorded on their system), and threatened they were 'keeping my car' and that I was 'wasting my time'. I do agree with the last statement, as trying to contact Tartan is a complete waste of time.

Although I was towed twice...TWICE, the guys there were very nice, friendly and humorous, I hope never to go back lol, but if I ever need my truck towed, I will call them again :)
