We have purchased our last 4 vehicles through Northside Lethbridge Dodge and have been extremely satisfied. The sales and finance staff we very helpful and knowledgeable. Service has been exceptional throughout as well. We would recommend them 100%.

I had an appointment for 8:30 am for an oil change I was told should take 30 min. After an hour I went to check on how much longer it should be they said not too much longer. Finally got the car back after an hour and 45 min later. No one came to explain to me why it took so long or update me. I am furious.
