Chaparral Car Wash Inc If Busy Call

Even one is to much. After the last 3 months I've been going to this place I'm still losing money from equipment not working properly. Today February the 8,2022 I went through the wash to find it didn't take off the dirt and I had to do it all over again and got the same result. This is re-cycled water. I tried to flag the owner down as he was leaving and he gave me the bird and drove away. That bothers me more than the lousy wash. I'll never return.

Guy that works there decides he can bang on my brand new truck telling me to move out of wash bay after his vacuum doesn’t work telling me I need to leave even though the car wash wasn’t busy and other people were in the other wash bays won’t be returning here

I would give a zero star if the choice was available! The petwash has no upkeep whatsoever(no soap in machine, raingear is a mess), the carwash is out of soap(the old crusty witch working customer service is an ignorant, incompetent bag(hence maybe why she works in a carwash). I would not recommend this carwash to anyone, it is purely a hands free cash cow to an owner who does not care!

Excellent car wash. When you put in your credit card it pre-authorizes it for around 19 dollars although it looked like it charged me 19 it only charged me the 10 dollars it took me to wash it. I noticed other people were not happy, it is probably because they didn't bother to check their credit card to see if there was a pending charge or not. I am very happy with how it washed my car but really just like any other car wash, it is the car washer not the wash that gives you quality.

I put in $2 to start the carwash and it took my money and did not start. It asked for $2 more. I wasn't going to pay another $2 for nothing. Terrible place!!! Go elsewhere!!!

Charged my card $19.95 when I stopped the wash at $6.65. Won't be back and will not recommend to anyone.

Initial impression before even using the wash, I should have turned around and take my business elsewhere. The guy working there, heavy set fella, when I asked him about the prepay credit card machine, said "sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, we'll see". Than I waited for 20 minutes for a bay to open. After I got in, it surprisingly worked. All was going good until after I pulled out. Now, don't let the bright lighting fool you. Pulled up at 4:45 and the sign says 5. Even though there was someone inside the door was locked. They should change their hours if they can't commit to being open when they say.

Charged my card $20 for the wash, which should have been $6. I pressed the stop button and saw that it registered the stop but still charged my card the maximum.

Worst service ever!! I put $20 dollars in the change machine and it stoll my 20 dollars I called the number that was posted in the window to get a answering machine and got a message to call a other number to be told that there was nothing they could do. I will never go back to this car wash and will tell anybody that will listen to me to not go either.

PLEASE STAY AWAY. If you are the business owner of this car wash, PLEASE re-evaluate the customer service levels being carried out by the man maintaining/cleaning your car wash. He is VERY rude to customers. I have seen him yelling at other customers. Prior to my trip today. I went and asked him a question about new and old coins, he said "no my business" and walked away. Customers have choices and I will be going elsehwere.
