If you are ordering from La Vie, please dont!!! or lawyer up in case something goes wrong even on their part, there is no easy way to get it resolved through their customer service, and NO REFUND, NO COMPENSATION even when its completely their fault. My story is not unique you can find others complaining about the same pattern. At this point all I can do is to file a complaint with Ontario Customer Protection and warn other buyers to not to end up in such a stressful situation as me.

Good customer service, especially my sales rep: leiky, who is very helpful after I lost sofa legs when I move to new place, they just simply ask me phone number, then provide me free sofa legs, and mail to me at very short time. excellent after service.

Great Furniture

I was referred to this store by one of my best friends. The store is not big, but real modern and quality condo furniture in there. I ordered a queen bed, small sectional sofa and 1 glass table with 2 chairs. They actually fit into my tiny condo very well. Think about going there lately to find something for my kids.

Affordable price, unique modern style, good service, even delivery service, after I made purchase until finished, theirs sales follow up my case very professional and fast, I like this service, it is hard to have same experience in current market, and sofa customize option, over all experiences, this is very good company, it is 100% my first and only furniture store I will buy.

Furnished our new house, very satisfied

I went to La Vie furniture a year ago when I bought my new house and purchased many items from them. I had a very pleasant customer service experience at their Mississauga store and even received a fantastic package deal discount. So far, i have had zero issues with the quality of the products and as the title says, my wife an I are extremely satisfied. We will definitely be going back to them when we decide to furnish our basement this spring.
