You want super delicious, moist, and tender chicken? Then look no further! They cook their chicken on an open flame grill, and you have the option of a mild, or hot sauce. The hot sauce is rather flavourful, and not really 'hot' at all.
They also sell different types of fish that's not listed on the menu. The sides range from fries-potatoes-rice-veggies-garden salad.
The price is very good compared to other places. I can buy a whole chicken for just $12. Better than Nando's in every way

Great food, always fresh. I like it better then KFC imo. There’s been time I went to KFC in Midland near closing time and picked up chicken and you can tell the chicken was fried a while ago, it was dry as ice ? .. Dixie Lee’s chicken is always fresh. Their fries and gravy are awesome, and the macaroni salad is amazing. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed. Plus the chicken pieces are a good size. It’s a 5/5 ⭐️ in my books.

We went here tonight as a family for a simple family dinner. I am very impressed by the clean quiet family atmosphere. Then came the menus that were filled with very fair priced items for dinner for all of us. When dinner came out I was absolutely positively impressed. There is no doubt that a lot of thought and creativity went into every item. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for such a great little treasure so close to home!!

It was so hot that we ordered for pick up on Friday, July 22, 2016; the deal was two large pizzas, three toppings each plus two dips included. this swiss chalet is fantastic! My friend and I ordered the classic quarter chicken dinner with the mash taters and garlic toast. IT WAS SUPERB. Never in our years of living, have we seen an order come so fast. It came within about 15 mins... RECORD TIMING. once we opened the box we were delighted to find the best looking quarter chicken ever seen to our eyes. The only condiment given was butter- ketchup could've been added, and my friends garlic toast was a small- could've been a bigger portion

I know there were issues with this place but over the last month management seem to have made a real effort to get things sorted out with a new bar person and new staff and a manager that now walks the floor to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Today we were served by Erika (2nd day on the job). She took the order and we were delivered exactly as requested - food piping hot, extra sauces the full works. Service was amazing - our glasses were never empty.
Food as always is great - hot, fresh and served to order! Definately worth a try if you havent been before

I took my son to Swiss Chalet two weeks ago for a chicken dinner (1/4 with fries). Consistently good. The waitress was attentive, and knew how to keep the baby at the table next door happy (crackers, crayons, drinks... STAT!). When my wife and I went out for dinner the next week, where did my son go? Swiss Chalet. He is somewhat of a picky eater... So, great review.
