So impressed!! Gord responded same day! I left messages for other companies & NO ONE responded. When you need an appliance fixed it is typically something that you need addressed asap! He not only responded but he did trouble shooting over the phone told me a couple things to try to save me a service call. He followed up and I sent him a video. My washer is scrap, he could have came and charged me for the service call. I will now be a loyal customer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Good honest ppl do exist Lire plus

Very pleased with overall service especially when outfit (Sears!) where I bought the unit couldn't set up a service appointment for 5 days and then I would have had to pay fee for showing up and confirm what I already knew-compressor was bad; then who knows how long to repair. Called All Tech and Perry was able to order the compressor and install within a day. Said it would take a couple of hours and he rearranged his schedule to fix it on a Friday evening!Price and service fee were fair-much better that buying a new refrigerator- 1 year warranty on service and compressor.
