Not only was I given the best price, the completed work is high-quality and was completed within the time frame stated, in spite of the weather not being especially cooperative. When the weather prompted a change to the work schedule, I was contacted. Outstanding customer service!

Refinished our living room & hallway spring 2017. Showed up when he said, did the work like he said, used a great hard wearing product, got right up to 1/8" or so to the trim (if you really look you can see the edge but you have to try), even did inside the closet.

He had great ideas on changes during the build that we appreciated. We even added an elevator for our daughter mid build and Scott did not even bat an eye. Really easy group to work with. They gutted and extended my main bathroom - installed new fixtures and tiled floor. Noticed that the tub was draining at a bad angle, opened up plumbing underneath to correct it - no charge. Tore out window and replaced with patio door and built new deck off kitchen. Installed new hardwood flooring in master bedroom.
Worked quickly and effectively. As a new home owner, things I overlooked that I would have appreciated more guidance on but overall great experience

I hired Dwanye and his crew for a simple job. The work was excellent, so much so that, I have hired him for several more jobs. He has renovated my basement, bathroom, my office and lunchroom. Price was fair, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are very accommodating. I have them scheduled for more renos on my office and my home again as soon as they are free. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys did a great job removing old and putting on my new roof in April 09-2022. Crew showed up on time and started right away and completed the roof the same day. Great bunch of guys and well, cleaned up everything and fun to talk to them as well. The last storm Hurricane Ian, I lost no shingles!! I was very pleased about the quality that went into the the new roof. Highly recommend Phinney Roofing. Fair price and great work.
