Ron and his team went out of their way to accommodate our mom when she moved from High Level to Valleyview. They had great communication with us, honest and upfront; they treated us like family. Absolutely the best service ever! It had been several years since we had our ducts cleaned, but Fred went above and beyond what past cleaners had done. We are grateful in so many ways because we could have had a fire because of all the soot. The past cleaners didn't pull out the blower and motor to clean and inspect like Fred did. Fred even pulled out original plaster, wood and cable from when the house was built in '56. The past cleaners should have caught this over the years. Thank you!

My wife had a set of dentures made by the previous owner of this company. They were not to standard. We went back to Brad who is the current owner and although it was not his product he made everything right and excelled at it! The service and customer service is now second to none. Don't bother going elsewhere. He made her feel comfortable, safe and provided excellent goods. We will always recommend Brad. Kinda glad we had the first wrong so we could meet him and his staff lol.

I would recommend that your service technician come out and actually speak to the customer when the job is finished! I had questions that weren’t answered and your front service lady did not offer to help me resolve it either! She answered with a I don’t know ? So I would have liked to have talked to the technician regarding my question.
