Ordered several parts for Canon down riggers late in the day, received an email and call early next day advising parts were available for pickup. Outstanding turn around time and friendly service. Several years ago had them rebuild a damaged Canon downriver, turn around time was longer but was kept up to date. Delay was not on Mikes end but the availability of parts to effect the repairs, which appears to have occurred with other reviewers.

I love to support a family run local business, but coupled with a great product - wow just wow! I have always purchased wetsuits off the shelf, but I was recommended Oceaner from a friend. I am so happy with the fit of my custom suit! I purchased the 3mm REC45, and let me tell you, I will not be going back to off the rack. Huge diverse selection of gear and really fulfills their title as a "skateboard superstore". This shop caters to every niche of skateboarding imaginable and the staff is very knowledgeable about all their product. Ive been a regular in the shop ever since they opened about three years ago, and love it how they always have new creative displays and murals each time I visit. Their customer service is outstanding, and I would definitely recommend you pay them a visit if you are ever around West 4th

This family owned shop shows constant devotion to their customers by providing so detailed information about tennis equipment. If you expect 30minutes of advice, you'll probably get an hour demonstration from the owner. This is why I prefer this shop, not Sportchek.

This store is for anyone who wants to visit a heritage tackle store. Opening the door is like stepping back into the past. The fading sandwich board has the dynamic and elegant logo of a salmon racing to catch a fisherman's line. I received unpretentious service and was set up with the beginners basics. After getting my spool completely messed up I visited for help and again received gracious and straightforward service. My go-to store.
