We had this family run business do our kitchen renos and from start to finish they did a wonderful job. Staff in their business were helpful with guiding and explains the many options. They showed up to do the job with no delays and went over and above to complete all details of the project. Kitchen and bathroom look fantastic would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We recently had a closet organizer installed by Counter Action and we could not be happier! We worked directly with the owner (Tyler) on the design and product selections. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The installation was done on time and the installer was friendly and professional. We hired Tim and Crew to put an addition on our cottage. We were a little worried at first because they had to live in the cottage during the construction. We had nothing to worry about! When we arrived to inspect the job, the cottage was cleaner then we had ever seen it.
The job was amazing! We are so happy!
The workmanship was excellent, the budget was accurate and they even added a few things.
This job required attaching a new building to an old one. Many elements ... all done well!

Factory Direct Kitchens is located close to our home in Waterloo. Dana Ertel has helped us design our amazing kitchen. I didn't have to downgrade my expectations because I didn't have a huge budget. He was able to design our large kitchen with island and best of all they don't sub contract out their installation. I can't say enough Dana...I will continue to refer family and friends!

First, I had a foyer bench, made-to-order - it was constructed to specific measurements using a drawing that I provided. It was the exact size required, constructed from solid wood with extremely good craftsmanship.
Secondly, I ordered 2 large end tables and a smaller matching chairside table. Once again, I provided the measurements and drawings and they are exceptional.
I would recommend this business with no hesitation and will always return to them when I require quality custom furniture.
