What a filthy dump. Emegency is a joke. You sure want to hope it's not an emergency. Somebody needs to teah the staff what emergency means. It sure does'nt mean sitting in several waiting areas for 8 to 12 hours. What a joke. St. Joseph's Hospital should never been abandoned for this dump. Dirty floors, sinks, counters, walls, what a mess.
I had a terrible experience in the ER - I went with intense menstrual cramps and I knew something was wrong. The doc first brushed it off as period cramps and ended up returning a few days later to wait another 4-5 hours and they sent me for two ultra sounds. Upon returning to the ER (and waiting another 5 hours) they told me it was endometriosis and I had a 3cm cyst. I got my records almost a year later to discover that there was one 6cm cyst and one 4cm cyst recorded at the time!
