We were fortunate enough to find Cornerstone in 2010.After they did a magnificent job renovating our bathroom we have chosen them to do two more projects for us.The reason is quite simple.They quote a fair price and then do exactly what they were contracted to do on time and on budget regardless of the obstacles and challenges.We have recommended them to family and friends who have enjoyed the same outstanding performance.When we do other repairs or renovations we will choose them again.Nov19/16

Installers Steve and Borin arrived on time, and with smiles to install 6 windows at our home. What a great job! Not a rush job, just a great thorough job. Kept us informed at every step. Both techs were highly skilled and completed a quality installation both inside and out. We will be requesting Steve and Borin when we have additional work done next spring.

I shop at here often and find that the staff are really helpful and it is easy to find what I need. Have been really helpful in finding quality parts to do my sump pump repair and my bathroom renovation. Plus the food truck outside is amazing!

I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Ken is a master craftsman, and a caring individual.
After 20 years, I am pretty sure his warranty has expired !
Regardless, when I called him (after he had done all our cabinetry 20 years earlier) about some cabinetry issues (not his issues) he came over, spent an hour or more, resolved my problem, and ordered some other parts to help me.
Who goes that far above and beyond these days ?

We were stranded when a small independant motel on Hwy 11 did not work out. Called at 6pm and they had 2 rooms ready for us within 15 minutes. The best value in the area. Well trained staff performed flawlessly. Considering we were 3 cold and wet hunters that had been in the bush for 12 hours we were treated like kings!
