Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy is stated on website but is a bit unclear and when discussing non-refundable deposit with owner she failed to tell me that although I was cancelling in advance they would still be charging me the full amount of the stay as I "booked it". If I had known I was paying for the site I would have given a family member the campsite. Found service unfriendly and would chose not to stay there in the future.
