Upset and Frustrated

Multiple times I have spoken with this company, 1st they installed the air conditioner but it only blew out heat, they came back and replaced the thermostat but only they told me I must be mistaken and that it’s hot outside? Then a few months later the air conditioner still was not cooling to my liking therefore I called back this time they sent someone the next day without any arguments and or suggestions, the tech was great and fix the problem. This year the house isn’t cooling at all, I left the AC on for 12 hours running straight and it only cooled down 2 degrees. I called and the guy on the phone said that cooling my house from 22 down to 19 is too cold and that “his wife” would be mad if he cooled the house that cold, he instructed me to turn it to 20 and shout my blinds, I did as he instructed however it went to 24 in my house. I called back saying I did as instructed but it actually got hotter in the house, he put me on hold for 7 minutes; I hung up obviously frustrate that I have spent to much time and money with these people! Anyways I called another company to come, they came same day and yes fixed the problem; there was a leak!
