My three children receive orthodontic treatment at Hamilton Orthodontics. The staff hasn't changed in years and is always welcoming and friendly. We always felt they knew us and cared. Our questions were always addressed and the appointments ran on time. More importantly my children always felt comfortable, really liked the staff and Orthodontists and all have amazing smiles. Dr. Ken Chan came in on his day off to repair my lower left molar. He did an amazing job restoring my tooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone looking for a gentle, caring dentist who does excellent work. You’ll find his staff to be most welcoming.

I find Dr Terefenko to be most helpful and courteous. The premises are pleasantly decorated. She really cares about her patients and shows concern for their well-being. She works with the insurance providers to ensure the best possible care and when necessary goes above and beyond the call of duty. Her equipment is well maintained and always updated to the newest technology and she continues to update her knowledge in the field of dentistry.
